Job Title: Information Security & Compliance Specialist (Risk Management AI Cloud Security NIST ISO 27001 CISSP GSEC - 7 Years Experience) Location: Albany NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualifications: Experience assessing information security privacy and compliance risks for Information Technology (IT) and/or Operational Technology (OT) systems. Experience performing written risk and compliance assessments for security privacy or Artificial Intelligence using industry standards and frameworks such as NIST CIS Critical Controls ISO 27001 and similar models. Experience triaging security risks or threats and developing mitigation plans-both independently and in coordination with vendors-to protect business information systems and OT environments. Experience evaluating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-developed business systems to ensure alignment with IT/OT security policies standards regulations and industry best practices. Experience assessing and validating security controls within cloud environments. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to remediate or mitigate system and application vulnerabilities. Experience in risk management (including third-party risk) vulnerability management and overall security program management. Experience conducting threat assessments and/or participating in incident response activities for IT or OT systems. Bachelors degree (or higher) in Information Security Information Assurance Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Science Information Systems Management Digital Forensics Compliance and Risk Management or a related field. Possession of one or more relevant certifications such as GICSP GSEC CISSP CCSP CCSK CompTIA Cloud GCSA CompTIA Network CompTIA Security CompTIA CySA CIPT CIPP CIPM CRISC ISSAP ISSEP CGRC CSSLP SSCP or other applicable cybersecurity privacy AI or risk management certifications.
