This role offers the opportunity to work on complex impactful projects develop automation solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive test approaches plans and scripts for business-critical projectsExecute business scenarios in UAT environments ensuring alignment with requirementsCollaborate with technology business partners project managers and external vendors to clarify requirements and share testing statusMaintain and update testing artifacts ensuring documentation accuracy and completenessReconcile test results across different tests and stakeholder groupsIdentify and incorporate process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectivenessPartner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure testing readiness and milestone completionFacilitate quality testing practices across various products and initiativesCommunicate regularly with stakeholders providing consistent updates on automation testing statusAssess create and build automation tools to drive efficiency and cost reductionReconcile automated test results with expected manual outcomesRequired Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience3-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing including test plan formulation and executionProficiency in JIRA including process flow understanding and task creationExperience with Microsoft Office Suite Confluence and qTest toolAbility to write and execute SQL queriesWorking knowledge of Unix operating systemFamiliarity with Agile and waterfall software development methodologiesStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level communicationsExcellent organizational and project management skills; adept at managing competing priorities under tight deadlinesProven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across teamsDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly; high degree of initiative and self-directionPreferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:Experience with mainframe screens and business rules enginesUnderstanding of credit card lifecycle and card transaction processingExposure to risk processing environmentsKnowledge of Large Language Models and their integration with process improvementsExperience in automation testing and tool developmentFamiliarity with reconciliation of automated and manual test resultsBackground in supporting business-critical strategies within financial servicesRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Design,Brand Management,Account Management,Administrative Services,Financial Consulting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
