You will lead a team of testing professionals either directly or within a matrix environment to ensure test planning and execution are completed within time and cost constraints. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business testing function and defining strategies and approaches for User Acceptance. This role involves complex functions with significant business impact.Job ResponsibilitiesFormulating test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involvedExecuting business scenario in UAT environmentPartnering and collaborating with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing statusManage testing activities as well as setting and stewarding sound testing methodologiesParticipate in the development of goals and execution of strategies within a function or departmentProvide execution support and leadership for large complex technology-dependent programsand projects that cut across business and functional areasAssess and revise test sequence and scope based upon test results and/or changes in product designGuide complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult issues expanding the solution to include infrastructure architecture and multi-tier tools and business system strategiesProvide automation support and leadership for large complex technology-dependent programsand projects that cut across business and functional areas once implementedBeing responsible for assessing creating and building automation tools for gaining efficiency or cost reductionMaintain the automation suite and scope based upon changes in product designRequired Qualifications Skills and Capabilities:Bachelors degree or comparable experience6years of experience in manual testing along withformulating test plans and approach test scenarios and test scriptsExperience in JIRA process understanding of the process flow and creation of the taskExperience with Microsoft Office ConfluenceqTest tool knowledge in Unix operating systemExperience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologiesProcess-oriented organized with strong analytical & troubleshooting skillsStrong clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight ability to collaborate and build strong partnershipsIntellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn degree of initiative self-direction and ability to work well under pressurePreferred Qualifications Skills and Capabilities:Experience with mainframe screensbusiness rules enginesUnderstanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processingRequired Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Children Activity,Graphic Designing,Information Technology,FX,Airlines,Asic Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
