A company is looking for a Senior Principal, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support internal and external audits, managing remediation processes and action plansAssist in governance, risk, and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practicesEvaluate and enhance IT control effectiveness, providing guidance and training to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, audit, information security) requiredMinimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience3-5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles with hands-on ServiceNow GRC experienceWorking knowledge of control frameworks and security controls such as NIST, ISO, and SOC 2Experience drafting and remediating IT policies, standards, and procedures
