Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Clinical Practice: Provide direct patient care as needed, demonstrating expertise in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
• Staff Management: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to promote professional growth and development.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years in a nursing management role (ADON, Unit Manager).
• Licensure: Current Illinois RN licensure

• Current CPR certification
