Are you ready for an incredible adventure while making a difference in the lives of patients and delivering world-class LOVE MEDICINE Apply today to join our Emergency Services Leadership Team as a Clinical Supervisor!What Youll Do:As a RN Clinical Supervisor you will play a direct role in providing LOVE MEDICINE through leading and supporting patient care for a broad range of patient acuities. You will be expected to perform with a high degree of clinical and professional aptitude as part of a multidisciplinary team of Providers RNs Paramedics EMTs Respiratory Therapists Health Unit Coordinators and Social will be responsible for overseeing approximately 40 direct reports composed of RNs EMTs and Paramedics. You will also be responsible for gap analysis and project-based work that positively impacts the department patient care satisfaction scores and employee morale.Emergency Services a Level II ACS-verified Trauma Center is a high-energy patient-centered environment that provides excellent quality care to over 68000 patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs annually. The department consists of 45 total patient exam rooms including ten Urgent Care rooms five resuscitation/trauma/critical care rooms and three dedicated Behavioral Health rooms that serve every patient population from infancy to the elderly. Patients have 24-hour access to laboratory X-ray and surgical services. We are also a Stroke Center with 24/7 neuro-interventional capabilities and a Chest Pain Center with 24/7 interventional cardiac catheterization lab capabilities.
