Position Overview

A leading acute care hospital in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced RN Director to oversee the Medical, Rehab, and Surgical units. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, quality outcomes, staffing management, and ensuring excellence in patient care across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Medical, Rehab & Surgical units
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and departmental performance
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
• Support transition from Meditech to Epic EMR
• Collaborate with executive leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma
• BSN required, master’s highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of nursing supervision experience
• Prefer 2+ years of Director-level experience, ideally managing multiple departments
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Meditech experience preferred; Epic experience strongly preferred

Work Schedule

• Weekends as needed
• Holidays on rotation
• Typical staffing ratio: 1:5

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $103,040 – $154,560 annually
• Potential sign-on bonus (discussed during interview)
