The ED nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations arterial lines mass transfusion of blood and chest tubes. Patients range from urgent care (simple procedures) psych pediatric and critical care/trauma patients. Coordinates and delivers care to patients with complex nursing care needs to ensure the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience.
