Company Description


Olympia Multi-specialty Clinic, founded in 1987, is a private practice that specializes in gastroenterology, cardiology and diabetes and dietetics, consisting of a 9-physician group supported by 90 dedicated staff. We are developing a metabolic program to assist our patients with a healthy approach to weight loss, frequently utilizing GLP-1 agents and science based metabolic testing to include VO2 max and resting metabolic rate.


Role Description


We are seeking a dedicated RN Esthetician to help us develop a program focused on post weight loss skin laxity. We have a state-of-the-art radio frequency device, Thermage, which is a non-invasive device as well as DP derm micronedling utilizing exosomes instead of patient derived platlet rich plssma. Unlike most esthetics programs, we intend to focus on body areas other than just the face such as the adnominal wall area. In this role, you will provide professional skin care services, assist with esthetic treatments, conduct patient consultations, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. Responsibilities include performing esthetic procedures, maintaining client records, educating patients on post-treatment care, and staying updated on the latest industry techniques and equipment.


Dr McCabe, the clinic’s founder is creating a standalone facility, Atlas Biofitness, which will provide medically directed weight loss, a complete gym with Precor exercise equipment, red light therapy, CryoFuzion contrast therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and DEXA scan. We hope to open in June or July. The esthetics practice will then move to the new facility.


Qualifications


  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with training or experience in esthetics
  • Proficiency in performing a variety of esthetic services such as microneedling in addition to facials, chemical peels, and medical-grade skin treatments. We will train you in the use of Thermage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and maintain a patient-centered approach
  • Knowledge of safety and sterilization protocols within a clinical setting
  • Proactive in staying current with advancements in esthetic treatments
  • Previous experience in a clinical or med spa environment.
