Job Description: Under the direction of the Supervising Physician and using Standardized Procedures, the RNFA provides intraoperative care to the patient by assisting the surgeon in surgical procedures. The RNFA must demonstrate ability to develop and maintain a working and professional relationship with patients, physicians and other team members.Education:Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing RequiredBachelor's Degree Accredited School of Nursing - PreferredCompletion of RNFA - Registered Nurse First Assistant RequiredExperience:Nursing - Perioperative/Surgical Services RequiredCertifications/Licensures:RN - Registered Nurse - Current California License RequiredBLS - Basic Life Support - Certification RequiredCNOR - Certified Nurse Operating Room RequiredCRNFA - Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant Preferred Work Shift: 10.0 - Per Diem Days (United States of America)Pay Range:$88.03 - $118.84 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area .
