Find your calling at Mercy!The RN Home Health Hospice Lead is responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating, and implementation of the Home Health/Hospice operations as designated. Serves as a clinical resource for caregivers within the departments. Assumes delegated duties by the respective department leader. Must be a licensed driver.Preferred Licensure: Prefer bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.Experience: Minimum of 2 years Home Health/Hospice experience preferred.Preferred Experience: Supervisory experience preferred.Certifications: Possess and maintains current CPR certification.Other: Has excellent observation, good nursing assessment and communication skills. Has ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner. Possesses good time management and problem-solving skills. Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
