RN ICU Stepdown (Full Time Days or Nights Rotating Weekends) Location: Sanford FLOverview: Join a high-acuity 15-bed ICU Stepdown unit specializing in the management of drips long-term ventilators and clinically complex patients. Work in a collaborative environment that values critical thinking autonomy and strong interdisciplinary communication.
