Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Inpatient Registered Nurse you will deliver high-quality skilled nursing services to patients requiring hospitalization guiding them toward optimal health and functional recovery.Every day you will assess patient needs administer medications perform treatments and continuously monitor patient conditions. You will collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans always preparing patients and their families for a successful discharge whether to home or to another setting for continued care.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong clinical expertise exceptional communication skills and a compassionate patient-centered approach to care ensuring the best possible outcomes for every individual.Job RequirementsCurrent WA State RN licenseOne (1) or more years recent RN experience with acute care patientsCPR certification is required every two (2) years or as specified by the workOther certifications may be required for specialty areasGraduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of NursingPreferredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Key Skills Hospital Experience,Acute Care,Basic Life Support,ICU Experience,Infusion Experience,Triage,TFS,Conflict Management,Nursing,Critical Care Experience,Epic,Medication Administration Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
