Covid Vaccination Card Valid photo ID NIH(ASA) 2 Supervisory ReferencesResponsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents according to facility protocols and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor assess and document residents health conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician. Assist residents with activities of daily living such as hygiene mobility and nutrition. Maintain accurate records of care provided and medications administered. Support and follow infection control and safety guidelines. Collaborate with RNs CNAs and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
