Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: The Oaks Nursing Home – Zanesville, Ohio

The Oaks Nursing Home in Zanesville, Ohio is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions and report changes promptly

• Collaborate with physicians, STNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
