Job Summary
Serenity Estates of Morris, a leading provider of senior care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN LPN Mid Shift to join our team. As a RN LPN Mid Shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while promoting a culture of healing and wellness. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including concerns and issues related to medication, nutrition, hydration, and overall health
Assist with documentation of care and communication with family members and healthcare providers
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes

Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Illinois
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
Minimum of 0 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our team
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents; ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in emergency situations
