RN LPN Mid Shift

Job Summary

Serenity Estates of Morris, a leading provider of senior care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN LPN Mid Shift to join our team. As a RN LPN Mid Shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while promoting a culture of healing and wellness. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including concerns and issues related to medication, nutrition, hydration, and overall health

  • Assist with documentation of care and communication with family members and healthcare providers

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Illinois

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our team

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents; ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in emergency situations
