About this role

We are looking for a dedicated, caring Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, manage medication administration, and play a vital role in the health and comfort of the residents we serve. What You'll Do

  • Administer oral, topical, and injectable medications per physician orders

  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to the supervising RN

  • Perform wound care, catheter care, ostomy care, and treatments

  • Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and intake and output

  • Implement care plans as directed by the RN and care team

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs on your shift

  • Communicate with residents, families, and the nursing team

  • Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record

  • Follow infection control, safety, and facility compliance standards

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted LPN/RN license in the state of practice

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred

  • Strong medication administration and observation skills

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
