About this role
We are looking for a dedicated, caring Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, manage medication administration, and play a vital role in the health and comfort of the residents we serve. What You'll Do
Administer oral, topical, and injectable medications per physician orders
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to the supervising RN
Perform wound care, catheter care, ostomy care, and treatments
Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and intake and output
Implement care plans as directed by the RN and care team
Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs on your shift
Communicate with residents, families, and the nursing team
Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
Follow infection control, safety, and facility compliance standards
Requirements
Current, unrestricted LPN/RN license in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred
Strong medication administration and observation skills
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
