RN Manager, Oncology (609) at Trinity Health

Directly manages supervises and evaluates the patient care service assuring quality patient care leading to consumer satisfaction per Trinity Health Plan and Provision of Patient Care Services. Demonstrates a working knowledge of personnel management and communication principles to maintain a positive work environment. Develops and manages the departments resources (time materials and personnel) within the budgetary guidelines as approved by Trinity Health Board of Directors. Benefits: Health Vision and Dental. BLS certification required. OCN certification or required within 18 months. Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification or required within 6 months. Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years oncology nursing practice strongly preferred. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Special Skills or Training Requirements: Good communication skills. Computer skills.
