Position Title: RN Med/Surg Tele Location: Oneonta NY 13820 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Schedule: 312-hour shifts Local Pay Range: $58$63/hourPosition SummaryNavitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient-centered care for adult patients requiring medicalsurgical management with continuous or intermittent telemetry monitoring. The RN will deliver safe evidence-based nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery stabilization and discharge planning.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; promptly report abnormalities.Administer medications IV therapies and prescribed treatments.Manage a diverse caseload of patients with cardiac respiratory endocrine GI post-op and general medical conditions.Coordinate care with physicians case managers therapists and support staff.Document nursing interventions accurately in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.Educate patients and families on conditions treatments and discharge instructions.Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed.Ensure safe and accurate telemetry monitoring.Support admissions discharges and patient flow throughout the unit.QualificationsRecent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing (per facility requirements).Active RN license (state-specific or compact accepted).Strong proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.Excellent critical thinking time management and multitasking abilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Reliability in working assigned night shifts for the full assignment duration.For more details contact at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
