RN (MUST have all 3) OR CirculatorPre-OpPACU at Boston Services

Surgical cases: General OB/GYN Ophth (cataract surgery) & Orthopedics surgeries once to twice a month General Description: Must have experience in all 3 areas!! 2. OR/Circulator SHIFT: 40/hr. work week Rotational call weekdays weekends & Holidays. Employment Variables: General working hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday with occasional late days to complete surgical case loads of that day. Rotational surgical call with other circulating staff members averaging 1 to 2 days a week and every other weekend or every 3rd weekend depending on number of circulators at that time. Responsibility Reports directly to the Surgical Services Manager and/or her designee. Special Demands Mental: Able to perform effectively in highly stressful situations. Able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people and have good communication skills. Physical: Long periods of standing walking and heavy lifting. Exposure to blood and body fluids unpleasant sights smells and infectious diseases possible. Qualifications Education: RN graduate with current Colorado licensure. Experience: 3 Years Pre-op/OR/PACU experience preferred. Skills: ACLS certification CNOR preferred scrub experience preferred also. Shift: Day Shift 6:30am- 2:30pm M-F with some call coverage on weekends.
