Position Title: RN Nursing Supervisor Location: Nantucket MA 02554 Duration: 12 Weeks Job Type: Contract Shift: Days 58s Local Pay Range: $65 $68/hr ($2600 $2720/week)Position Summary:Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Nursing Supervisorfor an exciting job in Nantucket MA.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate daily home health and hospice operations ensuring clinical quality and regulatory compliance.Maintain effective communication with physicians referral sources and discharge planners to support seamless transitions of care.Serve as liaison with provider offices and post-acute facilities to coordinate services for discharged patients.Collaborate with HR on recruitment interviewing hiring and staffing coverage needs.Support staff orientation education coaching and ongoing professional development.Provide mentorship conduct performance evaluations and lead interdisciplinary team meetings.Participate in rotating on-call clinical management and ensure adequate weekend/holiday staffing.Monitor quality metrics and leverage tools such as SHP and Delta for clinical and operational improvement.Provide clinical expertise and direct patient care when necessary.Maintain strict compliance with DPH CMS Joint Commission and agency standards.Assist with performance improvement plans and corrective action processes.Participate in community outreach and partnership development initiatives.Perform additional duties aligned with agency mission and goals.Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MassachusettsCurrent BLS certificationMinimum 5 years of recent clinical experience including 2 years in community health (home health preferred)Demonstrated leadership communication and organizational skillsPrior experience in customer and community relations preferredStrong understanding of DPH CMS and accreditation standardsFor more details contact at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
