Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Department: Nursing
Reports To: Director of Nursing (DON)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Hours: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, including rotating weekends

Holmes Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our nursing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to improving quality of life every day.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold high standards of patient care
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in the State of Nebraska
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
