Nurses maintain a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code of Ethics the UnityPoint Health Philosophy of Nursing and the Professional Nurse Practice Model working collaboratively with all caregivers.Across our three Quad Cities campuses Surgical Services features 16 operating rooms two dedicated open-heart suites and two specialized urology rooms. Our facilities are equipped to support a wide range of surgical procedures including cardiothoracic vascular robotics orthopedics general surgery gynecology neurosurgery urology podiatry and cataract surgery.
