RN Patient Care Group Manager at External

Trustbridge Hospice a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated RN Manager to work with us managing our Interdisciplinary patient care group in Boynton Beach while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am 5:00pmSince 1978 Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate community-based care.
