RN Preadmission (1942) at Trinity Health

The Professional RN II Preadmission Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. The RN assesses plans implements and evaluates nursing care of patients including those in the following age groups: Infancy childhood adolescents adult and geriatric. Participation in performance improvement in-service safety and cost management is ongoing. Responsible for pre-operative interviews and pre/post-operative teaching screening chart documentation and preparation. Licenses and Certifications Required Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure CPR certification required within orientation period Educational Requirements Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Official diploma or transcript from the school/university from where degree was received Experience Requirements Experience preferred but not required Special Skills or Training Requirements Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
