One CaliforniaJob Summary and ResponsibilitiesThe Resident Program Administrator is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties as a liaison with local colleges to recruit interview supervise new graduate RNs into the Residency program. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan Joint Commission and other licensing accrediting and regulatory agencies.
