The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.Enterprise Pool 1:Base rate $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials1 facility preferred location/closest to homeAt least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area12 months of experience in unit type/specialty areaEnterprise Pool 2: Base rate $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentialsAssigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty areaEnterprise Pool 3: Flat rate $75.00/hr Eligible for evening night and weekend differentialsMust be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado Western Kansas and Utah)For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2500 payout each.
