The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rome is seeking RN Supervisors!The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Rome is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership this role the RN Supervisor oversees clinical operations during assigned shifts supports nursing staff and ensures that residents receive exceptional person-centered care.This leadership opportunity is perfect for a skilled RN who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring staff while ensuring clinical excellence.Available Shift Options & Pay DetailsWeekends Only: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12-hour weekend nights)Full-Time: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM (Overnight shift)RN Supervisor Rate: $50.00 to $55.00 per hourRN Supervisor ResponsibilitiesProvide on-shift supervision guidance and support to the nursing team.Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with individualized care plans.Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident status unit operations documentation and care quality.Serve as the primary clinical resource for staff regarding resident care clinical questions and emergencies.Respond promptly to incidents changes in condition and emergency situations.Assist with admissions discharges and care transitions as needed.Collaborate with physicians NPs CNAs LPNs and the interdisciplinary care team.Reinforce adherence to policies infection-control standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in quality assurance initiatives leadership meetings and staff education.Support new employee orientation and ongoing staff development.QualificationsCurrent NYS Registered Nurse (RN) licensePrior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferredExperience in long-term care or subacute rehabilitation a plusStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to resident rights safety and quality careWhat You Can Expect From UsCompetitive weekly paySign-on and referral bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package including:Health dental and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and holiday payTuition reimbursementSupportive and collaborative leadershipContinued training and professional advancement opportunitiesA positive team-oriented work cultureApply Today!We offer a smooth and convenient online application process.
