RN Supervisor at Civic Minds

Position: Full Time RN Charge Nurse/Supervisor Location: Avon CT Compensation Ranges: $75k/yearlySign on bonus Benefits Schedule: 32 hours per week (11am 7pm full time) Compensation & Schedule Weeknights are charge nurse; weekends are supervisor/charge nurse Position requires every other weekend and holiday. 32 hours per week (11am 7pm full time) $5 when supervising $2.50 Shift Differential $1.50 Weekend Differential $6.25 $9.37/hour extra when picking up extra shifts Job Responsibilities Administer medication according to doctor orders/procedure Render and assist complete nursing care treatments dressings and other physician orders Maintain current resident care plans on all residents Review patient records daily to assure accuracy Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists Initiate any and all emergency procedures as necessary Other duties as assigned as assigned by the Nurse Supervisor DNS ADNS and Administrator As a Unit Charge Nurse you will supervise 2-3 CNAs on the 11-7 shift. As the Nurse Supervisor on your weekend* you will also oversee the house and taking a unit.
