Answers calls fromnumerous clients ranging from the general community to physician practice clients managed care members and Home Care patients. Performs health assessments using computerized guidelines. Provides general health information using approved references. May provide physician referrals and community service referrals as needed. Due to many client contracts RN must be able to function in a multi-task environment.*must live and work in Colorado to be eligible for position*Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:Education RequirementsAssociates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsementBachelors Degree in Nursing preferredExperience Requirements3 years recent hospital home health or clinic experience.Competent in computer and technical applicationsLicenses/Certification RequirementsRN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure CompactBasic Life Support from the American Heart Association requiredPhysical RequirementsSedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occassionally Key Skills Financial Services,AECOM,Administration Support,Brand Development,Jboss,Android Development Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
