One CaliforniaJob Summary and ResponsibilitiesThe Transition RN Fellowship at California Hospital prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit. Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th 2026. Candidates must have at least 1 year of RN experience to be eligible for this program. Positions are limited and early application is encouraged. Youre a multitasker who can react quickly as youll prioritize patients based on their medical necessity while youre providing emergency triage to others. As part of our ER team youll partner with an experienced clinical team to deliver stabilizing care to our patients by performing IV starts foley catheter insertions or aiding providers with chest tube insertions.To thrive as an ER nurse you should exhibit teamwork professionalism critical thinking skills and a willingness to take on additional projects such as patient experience initiatives.
