This is the heartbeat of our organization and your time will be spent in a supportive team environment with resources to help you flourish and leaders who care about your success.Job Summary:Provides leadership and management for the trauma service at the facility to assure optimal care for injured patients while meeting regulatory requirements from the Colorado Department of PublicHealth and Environment and the American College of Surgeons. Responsible for daily operations of the trauma program and the achievement of standards related to quality care patient satisfaction and fiscally responsible care delivery.Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:Minimum Experience Requirements:Five years of trauma program experienceTwo years of previous leadership experience preferredExperience with trauma registry and coding preferredEducation required:BSN requiredMasters degree preferredLicense/Certifications requirement:Active and unencumbered KS RN license or Compact RN licenseBLS certification from the American Heart AssociationTNCC required upon hire or within 24 months of hire/transferMember to a related professional organization preferred (society of trauma nurses emergency nurses association Americanassociation of critical care nurses trauma center association of America air and surface transport nurses association).Physical Requirement:Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to10lbs force occasionally)Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Program Management,Management Experience,Microsoft Powerpoint,Project Management,Microsoft Project,Budgeting,DoD Experience,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Contracts Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
