Job Title: RN Unit Manager Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Monroe WI Schedule: Variable Evenings 8-hour shiftsJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee daily clinical operations within a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care supervises nursing staff coordinates unit workflows and supports regulatory compliance. The RN Unit Manager plays a key leadership role in maintaining a safe efficient and compassionate care environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day clinical operations on the assigned unit.Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs LPNs and CNAs.Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.Conduct assessments develop care plans and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.Monitor staffing levels assign duties and assist with scheduling.Provide clinical guidance training and performance feedback to staff.Respond to resident condition changes and coordinate appropriate interventions.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to facility policies.Communicate effectively with residents families and interdisciplinary teams.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.Previous leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.Strong organizational communication and clinical assessment skills.Ability to work variable evening shifts and manage a 40-hour weekly schedule.Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.For more details reach at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
