Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol Essex Middlesex Norfolk Plymouth and Suffolk Counties.We are seeking a per diem nurse for Continuous Skilled Nursing care in Arlington MA to support an 18-year-old female patient with cerebral palsy G-tube cortical vision impairment nebulizer treatments and seizure precautions; Saturdays 7a-3p and Sundays 7a-3p 3p-11p. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes schools or community settings. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities of their loved ones medical care ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization.Diverse Cases: Our cases cover a wide spectrum from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent.
