Enjoy access to system-wide support and conduct meaningful work in Tri-Cities.Full-time position7-on/7-off schedule161, 12-hour shifts per yearTeams consist of dedicated rounding and admitting shiftsNo night coverage required for daytime providersClosed ICU, no procedures requiredIntensivists/ER run codes and Hospitalists run rapid assessmentsStrong consultant support and dedicated hospitalist RN supportExperience preferred but Internal Medicine new graduates are welcome to applyAs a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)Access to professional student loan consultantCompensation is between $322,113 and $364,127 per yearThe compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
