RNLPN Skilled Nursing at Senior Lifestyle

Responsible for medication supervision/administration in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation.Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the Director of Nursing.May be responsible for discharges assessments and clinical documentation as indicated. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in residents health and provides proper documentation.Respond quickly to all emergencies.Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.Maintain confidentiality of residents and prospective residents information.Understand role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.Qualifications : Level of Formal Education: An Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school: or Two years related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.Area of Study: NursingYears of Experience: 1 yearsType of Experience: skilled sub-acute or memory care settingSpecial Certifications: Must have a Registered Nurses License current with no judgments against it in the state in which he/she is practicing and must be CPR certifiedLanguage Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak read write and communicate with supervisors coworkers residents and applicable third parties.Technical Competencies: Basic computer skillsSkills and Ability: Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.Additional Information : Senior Lifestyle offers a comprehensive benefits plan to eligible team members including health dental vision retirement benefits short-term disability long-term disability and paid time off. All Senior Lifestyle positions are eligible to use DailyPay an application that allows you to access your earned but unpaid wages before your next payday.
