Job Summary: Are you seeking an empowering workplace that allows you to: Work on a variety of makes models and equipment in challenging remote locations Develop new skills for a career path in service or operations management Collaborate with an incredible team in a safety-focused environment We are looking for a Road Mechanic/Technician to perform preventive maintenance diagnose and perform advanced repairs on equipment at customer locations. Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms general construction tools and specialty lines such as large-scale power generators pumps HVAC systems and oil/gas equipment. Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired 1-2 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment heavy construction equipment or specialty equipment strongly preferred Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record (21 years old; CDL may be required in some locations) Knowledge Skills & Abilities: May need to provide personal mechanic tools Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location Physical Demands: Bending squatting crouching reaching lifting 50 lbs or more Work indoors and outdoors as required This description is not a complete listing of all duties.
