This position offers the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking environment gaining experience in transportation planning engineering consulting marketing client interaction and project management.Salary range: $83200 - $133200Responsibilities:Assist in the engineering development of urban and rural highway/roadway projects under the direction of a Project ManagerComplete tasks independently and within the project schedulePrepare or modify portions of project reports plans designs and calculationsDevelop project quantities and assist with cost estimatesSupport engineering teams with organizing and managing design filesConduct research data collection field investigations and contribute to project developmentPrepare highway designs including planning documents and PS&ECoordinate with various design disciplines such as structures hydraulics stormwater traffic and utilitiesEnsure timely completion of documents within budgetRequirements:1-3 years of experienceBachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldE.I.T.
