DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will play a crucial role in evaluating work plans to ensure that the program remains well-balanced and that all necessary resources-such as labor, materials, equipment, and funding-are readily available for the successful execution of these plans. You will also assist in making any necessary adjustments to the work plans as circumstances change. Additionally, your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing data from the Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems to ensure that program objectives are met and that overall system control is effectively maintained. You will monitor work data to ensure compliance with MAPI measures and provide recommendations for organizational improvements. Furthermore, you will assist in managing the materials aspect of the SAP Plant Maintenance and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Systems within the county organization, facilitating the purchase, receipt, storage, and distribution of bulk materials and garage storeroom items. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year of experience as a Technical Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orOne year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; orAn Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; orAny equivalent combination of experience and training.Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
