Youll be responsible for maintaining and operating over 100 paint and sealing robots across sealer prime and enamel processes. This is a challenging yet rewarding role for an experienced professional seeking to contribute to a high-performing team.ResponsibilitiesWhat youll do...Utilize available tools (FIS QLS Maximo etc.) to optimize the operations of the paint automation to meet the quality and volume targets.Provide SME support to the Maintenance and Production Teams to optimize the operations.Lead projects to improve the overall operations and accommodate future models.Assist with the development and execution of preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime targets are met.Provide input on new equipment design and purchasing support for new models and equipment launches.Support Work Group and Department meetings regarding equipment improvement and JPH actions.Work in a rotating AWS shift environment including nights weekends and holidays.
