Job DescriptionA Robotics and Automation Instructor teaches students how to design program operate and troubleshoot robotic systems and automated industrial equipment. They provide both classroom instruction and hands-on lab training to prepare learners for careers in automation robotics integration and advanced manufacturing. Key Duties Teach robotics programming automation systems industrial controls and safety practices. Provide hands-on training with robots PLCs sensors and automated work cells. Develop and update curriculum to reflect current robotic and Industry 4.0 technologies. Assess student skills through exams labs and project-based learning. Maintain and ensure safe operation of robotics and automation lab equipment. Mentor students and support their career readiness.
