This role requires hands-on expertise strategic vision and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and testing of robotic systems including mechanical electrical and software components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements establish project plans and deliver innovative robotics solutions. Oversee the integration of robotic systems into existing processes ensuring efficiency reliability and safety. Mentor and guide engineering teams providing technical leadership and fostering professional growth. Conduct feasibility studies simulations and prototyping to validate designs and optimize performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in robotics hardware and software. Maintain awareness of emerging robotics technologies trends and industry standards to drive innovation. Prepare technical documentation reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and organizational policies. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field. 12 years of hands-on experience in robotics engineering including leadership or senior specialist roles. Strong expertise in robotics design control systems automation and sensor integration. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics (e.g. Python C ROS). Experience with CAD software and mechanical design for robotic systems. Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems in robotics applications. Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams in complex projects. Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of safety standards compliance requirements and industry best practices in robotics.
