Each day you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations bids and proposals ensuring they are in line with ABB standards and targets.Your Role and Responsibilities:Creating implementing and reviewing local sales support strategy.Defining key targets for customer support and ensuring those are achieved.Assigning and allocating internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.Identifying the most suitable approach (e.g. direct sales consortium or channel) that can be applied to better serve the customer.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid in Auburn Hills MIThis role is contributing to the Modernization Services/Customer Service/Robotics in the United States.Our Team DynamicsOur teams support each other collaborate and never stop learning.
