Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on industrial robotic systems and automated equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical mechanical and software malfunctions in robots. Execute repairs and replace defective components such as motors sensors and controllers. Conduct robot programming modifications and teach-point adjustments for optimized production. Calibrate robotic arms and vision systems to ensure precision and accuracy. Document all maintenance repair and calibration activities for record-keeping and analysis. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic cells and automation solutions. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Robotics Mechatronics or a closely related technical field. Proven proficiency in programming operating and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g. FANUC ABB KUKA). Strong understanding of PLC logic and controls for manufacturing automation. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical blueprints and technical manuals. Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance repair and calibration of robotic systems. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence). Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for robot data analysis or advanced control. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) or robot simulation tools (e.g. RoboDK Process Simulate). Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP PROFINET).
