Key Responsibilities Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Robotics Automation or Mechatronics or equivalent industrial experience. Proven proficiency in programming troubleshooting and maintaining industrial robots (e.g. FANUC ABB KUKA). Strong electrical mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with PLC programming diagnostics and repair (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens). Ability to interpret electrical schematics mechanical blueprints and technical manuals. Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and human-robot interaction (HRI) safety. Basic scripting skills (e.g. Python) for data handling or advanced robot control.
