Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical mechanical and software issues in robotic cells. Program and fine-tune robot movements paths and logic using teach pendants or software. Conduct performance testing and validation to ensure robots meet production standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize robot performance and processes. Maintain accurate records of maintenance repairs and system modifications. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree or technical certificate in Robotics Automation Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline. 2 years of hands-on experience with industrial robot programming operation maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB). Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics mechanical drawings and PLC ladder logic. Strong knowledge of industrial control systems PLCs (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens) and HMI. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
