The responsibilities of the Rolling Mill Day Supervisor will include but are not limited to:Assisting in the overall growth and development of the Rolling Mill Team and will work with other departments to ensure consistency and long term success of the division. This will include promoting a culture of ownership engagement and teamwork to drive continuous improvement. This position will support our goal to take care of our customers by improving safety environmental efforts quality costs productivity and profitability.
