The responsibility a Roll Mill Mechanic will include the continuous improvement of the Safety Culture Predictive and Preventive Maintenance systems Project Coordination and Team Development with an emphasis on projects that will impact the safety and efficiency of the department. The teammate selected will be expected to lead motivate develop and assist the team; manage large projects from start to completion; communicate well with both production and maintenance departments; and wisely manage contractors and costs.
