Position: Roofing Repair Technician / Service Technician

Responsibilities
• Inspect residential roofing systems to identify damage and problem areas
• Diagnose roof leaks and determine the source of water intrusion
• Complete roofing repairs, maintenance, and service work
• Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components
• Recommend practical and cost-effective repair solutions to homeowners
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Document completed work and communicate with customers and management
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of residential roofing repair and service experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, flashing details, and ventilation systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot roof leaks and roofing-related issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license
